Depois de 12 anos de namoro e quase 2 meses de indecisão sobre casar ou não na igreja e com festa, sábado passado (11/02) casei com o Paulo no cartório. Foi emocionante, a mão do noivo estava gelada e o friozinho na barriga que senti a semana toda valeu a pena.

Estavam presentes todas as pessoas mais importantes na nossa vida… enfim estou muito, mas muito FELIZ.

Meu maior medo é de como seria minha nova vida “longe” dos meus pais, mas está sendo uma novidade muito legal. Estou tendo que cuidar das coisas de casa, do maridão e o pior tentar aprender a cozinhar.

O apartamento ficou lindinho, do jeito que sempre sonhei (em breve colocarei fotos para vocês). Logo após a cerimônia, fizemos um churrasquinho no salão do condomínio para os padrinhos, parentes e amigos mais próximos.

Por enquanto não fizemos a nossa viagem de lua de mel, mas vou planejá-la para esse ano. Agradeço a todos que acompanharam e torceram por mim.

Caspa de shampoo

Olá, meninas, tudo bem? Hoje vim compartilhar com vocês um problema que eu tive por causa de shampoo. Eu gosto sempre de trocar de marca quando o produto acaba, mas mantendo a mesma função. Há um tempo atrás, então, meu vidrinho acabou e eu resolvi comprar um novo shampoo super hidratante, porque eu fiz californianas e as pontas ficaram ressecadas. Foi quando minha saga começou.

Depois de um tempo usando, comecei a ter muita coceira na cabeça, mas não sabia o que era. Então, começaram a aparecer coisinhas brancas no couro cabeludo, e eu resolvi ir na cabeleireira. Foi quando ela me disse que eu estava com caspa de shampoo. Segundo a cabeleireira, eu estava usando um shampoo com ceramidas (hidratante derivado do leite) e, para algumas pessoas, este componente acaba criando a tal caspa de shampoo. Para resolver, ela me aconselhou simplesmente a trocar de marca: como a caspa era derivada do shampoo, não seria necessário fazer tratamento específico. Comecei a usar então um shampoo de marca boa, com efeito de limpeza, e em duas lavagens já melhorou 80%. Então, fica a dica para vocês: caso alguém comece a ter coceira ou problema com caspa, vale a pena ficar atenta ao shampoo. E só para registrar: não citei marcas porque o problema não é de qualidade, e sim de incompatibilidade entre o organismo e a ceramidas.
